Parallel to my corporate career, I have spent over three decades as a grassroots animal rescuer, environmental campaigner, and mental-wellness advocate, leading the EarthSouls movement for compassionate living.

Key contributions include

  • Daily feeding and long-term care of 200+ animals (84 dogs, 16 cats, cattle, injured wildlife)
  • Self-funded 1,000+ sterilizations of street animals; 200+ in recent two years alone
  • Established India’s first pet cemetery at PFA Bangalore (2003)
  • Legal campaigns against circus animals and temple sacrifices; rescues of endangered species such as the slender loris
  • Environmental initiatives: tree planting since the 1990s, eco-awareness campaigns
  • Launch of #7By37 – a mission to build 7 animal sanctuaries across India by 2037
